Alton Brown is naughty
As we were watching Good Eats on tv tonight.. Tonight’s episode was about freezing foods. Then, I hear this comment from my 3yo son.
DS: “He’s naughty yeah daddy?”
DH: “Huh? Why?”
DS: “Because he’s throwing all the food on the floor”
Alton Brown was demonstrating something about the freezer and proceeded to throw all of the food OUT of the freezer… Ai yai yai..
“Suck it up Princess”
OK.. So, I’ve been back to work for about two weeks now.
I can’t believe how much fun it is, but also at the same time, I wish I could do without it. I want to be home with my baby, but I know I can’t. I guess I just gotta suck it up and deal with it for now.
Whoooo.. I can’t believe it’s also FRIDAY. Well, soon enough it will be. It’s currently 11:53am. What am I doing up?!?! I’m crazy. I need to wake up in about 6 hours and I need every little bit of sleep I can get.
Since the baby is finally sleeping, I might as well turn in too.
The Grind..
Today was my first day back at work, and I must admit that it wasn’t so bad.
I dropped Shelby off at the sitters and she didn’t cry. Then big brother and I went to go pick up breakfast then I dropped him off at school, and headed off to work.
Work was fun. I got a free lunch because it was my first day back and it was also someone’s birthday last week, so we celebrated the two events. Hawaiian food for lunch, Red Velvet Cupcakes and Ooey Gooey Butter Cookies for dessert… YUM-O!!
I’m still trying to adjust to being at work and having to pump and all that good stuff. At least there’s an empty office that I can use to pump!! AWESOME!!!
I was so excited to see Shelby after work. I couldn’t help it. 
I’ll have to post pictures of her again soon.
Oh yeah, she turned two months old!! I can’t believe how fast this is all going.
